The owners
of City High School, Tucson Small School Project, have purchased the Cele
Peterson Building, 37 E. Pennington St. for $1.8 million.
Dabdoub
Investments, has purchased the Arizona Hotel Building, 35 N. Sixth Ave., for
$1.35 million they are a Nogales-based family investment group
Both are historic downtown buildings — one
already on the National Register of Historic Places and the other eligible.
