Soon after the class, Brandon started trading fake stocks on Marketwatch.com. He got so good that his mom, a dentist, and his dad, who runs a metal scrap business, co-signed a TD Ameritrade(AMTD) Direct account and gave him $48,000 of their savings to invest.

Brandon own's 8 stocks  and has turned $48,000 into $147,00!

Manufactured Housing Community portfolio for sale included an 11 property deal in Pennsylvania and New York. The deal brought $88 million for 2,413 sites or equal to $41,269 per site. 
The buyer is a joint venture between Federal Capital Partners and Horizon Land Co. LLC., the seller was  Pittsford, N.Y.-based Morgan Management.
