Position: Market Center Administrator Busy Market Center in Tucson, Arizona is searching for a Market Center Administrator to help lead our office to the next level. The position requires strong accounting experience coupled with excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships. Our new Rockstar MCA will be a servant leader who is focused, tech savvy!, learning-based and personable with a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with effective communication skills and an extraordinary ability to shift focus quickly in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Duties include: All accounting duties, providing internal and external financial reporting, and maintaining proper accounting procedures. Ability to multi-task, re-prioritize and meet strict deadlines while dealing with inevitable interruptions. Lead by example by always being approachable and solving agent issues in a timely manner as they arise. Oversee the administrative operations of the Market Center, including staff, facilities and maintenance of files and records. The ideal candidate for success in this position will have : Minimum of three years accounting experience including AP, AR, GL/bank reconciliation, budgeting and month-end closing. High level of computer experience including accounting software and Microsoft Office programs. Real estate knowledge and experience (preferred). Ability to pass a general accounting exam.
